IGBIS is served by three cafeterias, catering for the different ages and development of the students. Early Years 1 and Early Years 2 students are served their lunches in their own classrooms.

Students are able to choose from Asian, Western and Vegetarian options, as well as sandwiches and gourmet bread options. Breakfast and snacks are also available. Meals are planned in advance to ensure a variety of options. Payments are made electronically so that no cash needs to be carried by the students.

Cashless System

IGBIS introduced a cashless system starting 5th January 2015. The system turns the standard student ID card (Secondary Student) and wristband (Elementary Student) into a cash card. By using it, students can load value and then use the value to make transactions at the canteen, bookstore, and printers. There will be even more services available using the cashless system in the future.
