Ms Nikki has been teaching for over 20 years in New Zealand, Vietnam and Ukraine. She has previously been an Assistant Principal, Team Leader, Tutor Teacher and Lead Teacher for Literacy and Mathematics. In the classroom, Ms Nikki is passionate about literacy teaching, and hooking children into new genres and different authors, particularly through poetry. Outside the classroom, she has a passion for exploring the world - both above ground and underwater, for animal conservation and environmental volunteering, for writing and she has a serious love for good coffee.
