the police and army maybe used to enforce this.<\/li><li>Ideological, minorities could be targeted. <\/li><li>The petit-bourgeoisie or middle class favour this system because of economic problems and\/or the threat from the Left. <\/li><li>Although the ruling classes dislike Fascism, they use it to maintain power when needed. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div
