Mrs Eggleton is an enthusiastic educator who brings a pragmatic attitude and optimistic worldview into the classroom. She helps children build group solidarity, positive self-image, and achieve personal success. Mrs Eggleton has thirty years of experience working alongside New Zealand educators focusing on the success of young people. Her experience ranges from extensive classroom practice, leadership and management roles (admin) and running a private tutoring business. Further afield, highlights include; an academic visit to South Korea, volunteering in Cambodia at a school for the urban poor, and working in the UK. Beyond the classroom, interests that grab her attention include her family, the outdoors; tramping, biking, travelling and Art and Design; creating, sketching, and painting.
