Ms Caitlan first joined IGB International School in 2019, bringing with her teaching experience from schools in New Zealand. After four years at IGBIS, she took time away to pursue her passion for travel and explore different parts of the world before returning to the school in 2026 for her fifth year. She is passionate about inquiry-based learning and supporting children through their individual learning journeys, encouraging curiosity, creativity and a love of learning. Outside the classroom, Ms Caitlan enjoys spending time outdoors, coaching and playing water polo, staying active and travelling to experience new places and cultures.
