Mr Harvey has been an educator for more than 30 years, holding a variety of roles across Australia, England, China, and Malaysia. As a foundation staff member at IGBIS, he began teaching Grades 3 and 4 before moving into Design, where he currently teaches in both the PYP and MYP. A passionate maker, Mr Harvey loves working on hands-on projects that immerse him in the design process. In his role of Elementary Tech Coach, he enthusiastically explores media technologies and supporting teachers in integrating innovative ICT practices into their teaching. Steven and his family value being part of the IGBIS community and enjoy the opportunities that life in Malaysia provides.
