Secondary School Team

Ms. Shuhana began her professional journey in the veterinary field as a veterinary nurse before discovering her true passion in education. She started her teaching career in government schools, where she taught Biology and Science, and later transitioned to the international school setting, where she now teaches both Mathematics and Science. As a former MYP student herself, she brings a unique perspective to her classroom—understanding the learner’s experience while applying inquiry-based and student-centered teaching practices. Her approach is rooted in curiosity, care, and creating meaningful connections with students. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with friends, exploring new and trendy restaurants, and spending time at home with her two cats, Oreo and Jasmine. She is also an avid reader of horror and crime fiction, and a fan of K-dramas in the crime, horror, sci-fi, and comedy genres.
