As Director of Student Success and Inclusion, Kendra brings over 15 years of experience in international education in Malaysia, China, Turkey and Ecuador with a focus on building inclusive learning environments and coordinated systems that support student success. Previously, she served as Dean at INTI International College, where she led student support services, developed early intervention systems, and strengthened student progression and retention. At the International School of Kuala Lumpur, she held leadership roles in alumni engagement, development, and summer programming, with a focus on strengthening school community connections, supporting student well-being, and creating meaningful opportunities for engagement. Kendra believes that meaningful inclusion goes beyond individual accommodations. Her approach emphasizes removing barriers to learning, strengthening collaboration among educators and support teams, and creating a school culture where every student feels a sense of belonging and has the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and personally.
