Mr. King was born in the South East of England and has been involved in education since 2010. He previously taught in schools in the UK, Thailand, China, and Vietnam. He has a number of years experience in the IB curriculum, with roles including head of EAL and Language Acquisition, and teaching I&S and Psychology. He believes in the 'whole child' philosophy of teaching and developing students' self-efficacy to achieve success. As a firm believer in lifelong learning, he is currently completing an MA in Psychology at Liverpool University. Outside of school, his hobbies include keeping fit, trying delicious food, and travelling to places of natural beauty. On the weekends you will usually find him studying, fishing, or exploring new places.
