Section 1 - What are ASA, Academy, & Tiny Toffees sessions?

What are ASA sessions?

Exclusively for IGBIS students, the After School Activity (ASA ) sessions are designed for those eager to have fun while learning and playing football. There are no matches against outside teams for ASA sessions. 

What are Academy sessions? 

Academy sessions are the main part of the program and include Development Training Sessions, Competition-Prep Training Sessions, and Competition Training Sessions, each with their own focus and for students looking to enhance their football skills..  

  • Development Training Sessions:
    For players from any school & wanting to develop their football skills.
  • Competition-Prep Training Sessions:
    For players from any school & wanting to train at a competition level (with some friendly matches).
  • Competition Training Sessions:
    For players from any school & wanting to train at a competition level with regular matches and tournaments (To begin in January 2025 with players invited through a trial process occurring in late 2024).

What are Tiny Toffees sessions? 

Tiny Toffees Sessions are designed to provide young learners with a fun and engaging introduction to football. These sessions are tailored for children to develop essential skills, teamwork, and a love for the game, all while enjoying a supportive and energetic environment. Sessions occur on Saturday mornings. (There are no matches against outside teams)

Section 2 - Payment/Discount & Switching

What is the payment process?

Payment information will be issued by the IGB International School Finance Department via email upon completion of your registration form (including any relevant discounts).

Are there special promotions?

  • Sibling Discount: Register two or more siblings together and receive a 15% discount on session fees for each player. Siblings must be registered at the same time to qualify for the discount. (not available for ASA sessions)

What will happen after we submit the registration form and pay?

Once payment is confirmed, you will be added to the team WhatsApp group by our Everton International Academy admin.

Can I withdraw from ASA and join the Academy or Tiny Toffees?

Yes, it's possible to switch from ASA to the Academy or Tiny Toffees program.  To ensure a smooth transition, please reach out to Sam France (sam.france@igbis.edu.my) regarding ASA registrations.  Register for the Academy or Tiny Toffees sessions through the relevant links on our website.

Section 3 - Bus, Kits, and Contacts

Is there a bus service available? 

Questions about busing can be referred to Transport Services, our external provider, via email at rajsrisservice@gmail.com. They are always looking to provide additional times and routes based on interest.

Do we need to purchase the Kit? 

  • Required to wear full kit for all Development Training, Competition-Prep Training, and Competition Team Training Sessions,  to include friendlies, matches, and tournaments.
  • Optional to wear the Kit for ASA sessions.
