March 10, 2023Soft skills, especially those that are transferable, are one of the types of skills that students need in order to remain flexible while they learn, unlearn, and relearn. Though these skills are not easy to teach, they have been central to the IB programmes for years as Approaches to Learning as well as transdisciplinary skills. In IGB International School (IGBIS), our philosophy and approach sets students up for success not only in 2023, but in the 21st century and beyond, by building a sense of inclusion and belonging, by taking a student-centred approach to learning, and by focussing on skills that are transdisciplinary.
